Now that Paris is facing felony charges for cocaine possession, Vegas nightclubs want nothing to do with the once sought after heiress. “No club located inside a casino is going to want to glamorized the fact that she's been allegedly caught with drugs three times in the last four months," a top Vegas nightlife executive tells Hollyscoop.
Our source, who has booked Paris in the past, confirmed that one point she was commanding $50-75K per night for appearances. But those days are long gone.
As we reported yesterday, the Las Vegas justice system can be a lot more strict than Los Angeles, and that District Attorney David Roger is highly unlikely to offer Paris a plea-bargain deal on her cocaine possession charge. She faces up to 4 years in prison if convicted, which will certainly put a damper on her party lifestyle.
"If Paris ends up serving time, I highly doubt you'll see her get another club appearance in Vegas for a long long time," added our source.
"Vegas nightclubs work very hard to keep a good image to promote rules and laws, we want people to have a good time and let loose, but everyone has the same set of rules and laws to follow regardless if they are a celebrity or not. To have a celebrity caught with drugs and then host a club would not be a good pairing for any Vegas club," our source added.
Looks like Paris' reign as nightclub queen is finally over. On to the next one...
