Is Paris Hilton ashamed of her own work? We didn’t even think the word ‘ashamed’ existed in her vocabulary. It appears that the aire-ess doesn’t want to attend her movie premier for the National Lampoons flick "Pledge This.”
As you all remember Paris Hilton’s movie history includes her self-made porno flick "One Night in Paris" and the box-office bomb "House of Wax". Paris is trying to flake on upcoming movie premier for the movie which is set for a release earlier this month.
According to the New York Post, "The premiere was supposed to have been on Oct. 11 in Chicago, but Paris called at the last minute and canceled, claiming she had to promote her album. The producers didn't want to have the premiere without her because she's the biggest star in the movie, which also features Simon Rex and Randy Spelling, so they rescheduled for Oct. 28."
How bad can a movie be when Paris Hilton doesn’t want publicity over it? The airess has told the producers she won't likely be attending the premiere. We hear the movie is horrific and it will most likely be a limited release that will most likely go to video.
Sources say,”Paris doesn't really want to be associated with it. Her movie career is not exactly booming, and she needs to not be seen as a flop. Also, the movie has a lot of topless women in it, and she is trying to distance herself from the whole porn thing." A rep for Hilton said only, "She will appear at this premiere." I wonder how long she’ll stay before she jets off to Hyde.
