Paris and Benji Split Up

After all the gushing about how “in love” they are, it looks like Paris Hilton and Benji Madden may have split up. Star magazine was first to report the breakup, saying it was all on Paris’ end. She was seen over the weekend hanging out sans Benji in Miami and the rumors started going around when she was seen talking to her ex Stavros Niarchos.

And on Monday, Paris partied with sis Nicky and her boyfriend David Katzenberg at Villa. Tuesday Benji was nowhere to be seen either, as Paris hung out at hotspot Apple.

An insider at says, "Paris was fed up with Benji always telling her what to do and bossing her around. She couldn't take his overbearing ways anymore. It was stressing her out. He can be very aggressive and he was just too much trouble."

“He fought for a second chance and asked if they could talk it out but Paris said she was done talking.”

The source claims Paris’ partying ways with ex Stavros over the weekend was the nail in the coffin. Benji blew up at her, and Paris felt victimized. This is actually really sad because Hollyscoop was in Miami over the weekend and spotted Paris and Stavros talking and it was innocent. There was no scandalous flirting like many media outlets are reporting. They just spoke briefly before he left Paris' table and she continued to party.
