Paris Hilton and Benji Madden were out together last night...obviously. The two hit up the new hot spot of the moment, Foxtail accompanied by Paris' sister and her boyfriend.
While Paris and Benji were leaving they caused so much chaos that Benji ran over a photographers leg with his car. He realized something happened because he stuck his head out of the car and checked out how bad the situation was, then he just carried on with his life and drove off.
Naturally, the photographer wasn't having it because he quickly headed to the Sheriff’s Department to file a hit and run report.
First of all doesn't Benji know that he should stop because the photogs love stuff like this? They can smell money! Secondly, Benji probably couldn't even see where he was driving because they were stuck in a paparazzi storm and the photog took advantage of the moment and stuck his leg under the tire. There should be a law that bans photogs from standing so close to celebs cars. Maybe a 10 ft rule?
