How Does Paris Do It?

This might be a stupid question, but how the hell does Paris Hilton do it? She literally got off a plane and went to a club to party. How does someone manage to take a 5-hour flight and party right afterwards? Paris got back from her trip to Hawaii last night and after an outfit change she hit up the night scene.

I don't know about you guys, but I find that almost impossible to do. I'm usually tired and need a nap after an hour flight to Las Vegas.

You're kidding, right? How does she do it? Man, sounds like you put her in the same league as other hard-working 'A' types/listers...like she actually spends her time juggling her career between parties...in conference calls or meetings at 35,000 feet...no, no no she pays people to do that for her...she gets her beauty sleep, that's what she does - whatya daft? like, get real.
