Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie put on their best conservative outfits after Paris filed her lawsuit and headed over to Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills for some damage control.

That whole 'secretary' look that Paris is trying to pull off really isn't doing her any justice, it's so obvious she's uncomfortable being so covered up.
