It’s all work and no play for Paris Hilton. The heiress didn’t seem to let the fact that she has disgusting pictures of her circulating over the internet bother her during a recent photoshoot. .

Paris was in good spirits as she modeled for designer sporting label FILA in Venice, California. The heiress/actress/singer had five different costume and hair changes and was preened and pampered by a team of stylists throughout the shoot.
