Pamela Anderson Writes PETA-Inspired Letter To Cate Blanchett

Pamela Anderson
Pamela Anderson wants everyone in the world to stop wearing designer clothes that support animal cruelty. And her latest target is Cate Blanchett. Ever since Armani included fur in his Fall and Winter lines for this year, PETA has gone awol trying to get stars to boycott his label.

In Pam's letter to Cate, who is a good friend of Armani's, she says, "Cate, as you are such a huge part of Armani's publicity machine, would you please urge him to keep his promise and leave fur out of his future collections?"

But it looks like PETA is at least getting heard on the subject, since, according to a spokesman for Armani, they plan on stopping their use of fur in their collection, except for rabbit fur. They say, "As a luxury fashion house, which has always been attentive to this issue, we feel we are being unfairly targeted in comparison to our competitors."

Who do you side with? PETA and Pam? Or Armani and Cate?
