Pamela Anderson is denying she is having any money troubles after reports surfaced last week that she was seriously in debt. According to LA County records, Pam owes over $1 million in construction costs on her Malibu home as well as back state taxes.

Five different construction companies filed cases against her home, the largest being $674,043 for labor and materials to remodel the main house. People says she also owes $252,360.39 in back state taxes and penalties for 2007.

But Pam alleges none of it’s true. She tells Access Hollywood, “These reports are crazy and I cannot believe this has become a media issue. I am actually touched at how much concern has been expressed for me over this.”

“It is true that I am in a dispute with some of the contractors working on my home. This is because after paying millions of dollars to build the house I continue to get bills from the contractors. My lawyers are reviewing the work done to see if the bills are fair. If they are, they’ll be paid.”

She continued, “On a separate issue, mistakes may have been made in calculating taxes owed and we are now in the process of ensuring that any taxes owed are paid. Unfortunately there are tax liens. However, I’m financially secure and I want to thank everyone who expressed concern for me based on these rumors.”

Well, we’re certainly relieved! We highly doubted Pam was penniless based on how much she still gets so much work at her age! Keep it up, Pam!

Those chemical balls she carries around make her a lot of money. The photo of her above is terrible. And I agree with "DownToEarth" excuses....
