Hugh Hefner's 82nd birthday, he didn't have a cake with a naked girl pop out of it as you might expect. Instead, he had the naked girl, namely
Pamela Anderson, present him with a cake - completely in the nude.
Pam was wearing nothing but a pair of stiletto heels and from the looks of it, Hef definitely wasn't complaining.
The actual party took place months ago, but just aired this week on the reality show, The
Girls Next Door. In attendance (and clearly jealous) were Hef's three "girlfriends," Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson.
