Apparently paying bills is beneath
Pamela Anderson because she's getting sued by a group of contractors that worked on her house and never got paid for their services.
According to
Star Magazine, she owes more than $1.2 million to creditors, including construction companies she stiffed after they remodeled her five-bedroom Malibu home last year.
“A lot of people are owed a lot of money,” Jay Bruder, boss of Bruder Construction, tells Star. In June, he filed a $674,043 lien against Pam for the cost of “labor and materials and subcontractors to remodel main house, construct foundations for guest house.”
And her financial troubles go beyond repairs on her house. She still owes $252,360 to California’s Franchise Tax Board in unpaid income tax from 2007.
Pam doesn't seem to care that much about her problems though. She's currently in New Zealand for Fashion Week
