Actor Owen Wilson made a public appearance Thursday night at the Los Angeles premiere of his movie, The Darjeeling Limited.
Sporting a shaggy blond beard, a dark suit and white button-down shirt, Wilson skipped the red carpet and entered the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences' Samuel Goldwyn Theatre through a private back entrance. He surprised the audience by joining his costars Jason Schwartzman, Natalie Portman and Anjelica Huston onstage.
Wilson got a really warm welcome as he was introduced by his longtime friend, director Wes Anderson, "I've never made a movie without him and I hope I never have to."
It was among Wilson's first public appearances since a suicide attempt in late August. Glad to have you back Owen!
