Owen Wilsonwas apparently spotted buying a big ol' bong for smoking umm, well take a guess,
and it has some people freaking out that the guy has relapsed.

was seen in the Green House Smoke Shop buying a bong for $300, and
then he hid behind a Fed Ex truck for awhile because he was afraid
someone would see him.
I wouldn't worry about it if I were him. And
what's with all the speculation? It could be a gift…yeah probably not.
