A Quarrel With a Friend Pushed Wilson to the Edge?

Where did Owen Wilson go wrong? I wound have never thought in a million years that he would attempt suicide. Owen is currently in stable condition but details about his alleged suicide attempt are starting to surface.

According to the NY Post, the suicide attempt followed a bitter quarrel a close pal.

Up to now, there were no details as to what may have caused Wilson to go off the deep end, except that the incident occurred shortly after 'a vicious quarrel with an unidentified friend'.

Call me crazy but I just don't buy this. No matter how crazy this quarrel was, I highly doubt it was enough to make him want to take his own life.

At first his old flame Kate Hudson was being blamed for his problems but it appears that Wilson has a dark history of depression. "It's very upsetting. People are complicated. It's not just one thing," said a friend of the actor.

I'm sure more wild and crazy stories are going to surface over the next few weeks and quite frankly, I'm sure about 90% of them are going to be false--but that's just my opinion.

As for Wilson, he will likely remain under the close watch of doctors for at least the next several days, one source said. We wish him and his family the best during this difficult time.
