The 84th Annual Academy Awards just wrapped up, and 'The Artist' dominated, 'Hugo' scooped up a handful of awards, and Christopher Plummer became the oldest actor to ever win an Oscar.

Octavia Spencer gave one of the most emotional speeches of the night, with her voice breaking into tears during her acceptance speech for Best Supporting Actress for her role in 'The Help.' I don't know about you, but I couldn't help but get choked up with her. Then again, I cried during the preview for 'Moneyball.' Anyway, this is definitely Octavia's moment.

Meryl Streep also took the stage to accept the award for Best Actress for her role as Margaret Thatcher in 'The Iron Lady.' And as always, Meryl took the show from stuffy to sweet. "Oh come on!" she said, taking the stage.

'The Artist' took home the biggest award of the night—Best Picture. And when he won Best Supporting Actor, 82 year-old Plummer took the stage and said to his Oscar: “You’re only two years older than me darling, where have you been all my life?"

Between Hugo and The Artist, those two flicks swept every category at the Oscars! Ok, not literally but basically, you know what I mean!

The Artist was the big winner, director Michel Hazanavicius and the films producer accepted the award along with the rest of the cast who seemed genuinely thrilled that their black-and-white silent film won the top award of the night.

At 82 years old, Christopher Plummer becomes the oldest person ever to win an Oscar!

The Oscars have only existed couple years longer than Christopher Plummer has been alive, and until now those golden statues have evaded the talented actor his whole life.

Plummer wins for best supporting actor for the movie “Beginners” where he plays a very old man dying of cancer who has just come out of the closet just months before his death.
Everyone's favorite narrator, Morgan Freeman, has opened up the 84th Annual Academy Awards. It would've been really funny if James Franco showed up again, but the show kicked off with a comedy bit from host Billy Crystal.

In a video montage, Crystal recreates a bunch of scenes movies that came out in the past year including, 'Bridesmaids,' 'The Help,' and 'Hugo.' It also included a kiss from George Clooney, a Jonah Hill cameo, and a meeting with Justin Bieber. Bieber pretends to know who Hemingway is. Probably thinks it's one of his backup dancers.

The only Oscar bet I made was the fact that Billy Crystal would say 'you look mahvalous!' within the first thirty seconds of his hosting. I lost. But he did remind us that it was his ninth time hosting the Oscars. And of course, a song and dance kicked off immediately.

"We're here at the beautiful Chapter 11 theater," Crystal said, referring to recent news of Kodak taking their name off of the theater to save $4 million a year. Woah, there, Billy. Getting kinda edgy! If the Academy wanted smarm, they would've gone with Ricky Gervais.
George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Keibler arrived at the Oscars 2012 Red Carpet hand in hand.

Stacy looked gorgeous in a gold lame off the shoulder column draped gown by Marchesa. She paired it with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a Judith Leiber clutch.
There’s so much talent out there, and only so many Academy Awards. So naturally, not every A-lister is going to have a golden Oscar statuette on display in their living room. Or, if you’re Kate Winslet, in your bathroom.

There are plenty of actors and actresses who are deserving of an Oscar, don’t get us wrong. But there are some stars who are not only talented, but constantly in the spotlight as well. You would just assume they have an Oscar under their belt, but surprisingly, they do not. Here are ten celebs who we can't believe haven’t won an Oscar.

Leonardo DiCaprio: Nominated for Best Actor in both Blood Diamond and The Aviator, Leo surprisingly hasn’t taken home an Oscar. This year, he wasn’t even nominated for his portrayal of J.Edgar Hoover in J.Edgar. Then again, 2011 had some stiff competition.
For most of us, the awards and trophies we've earned in our lifetimes are boxed up somewhere in our mom's attic. Because let's face it, nobody cares about your 1995 Little League All Stars Softball win. But when one of your trophies is an Oscar--well, that's another story.

For actors and actresses, taking home an Oscar is the biggest milestone of their career, and probably one of the most epic events of their lifetime. So of course, they want to keep that token of their memory—the beloved Oscar statue—in a safe place. A safe place where also everyone can see it. Usually that's on a mantle in their home.

But that doesn't go for everyone. Here are some of our favorite Oscar winners and the bizarre places they keep their Oscars.
Sacha Baron Cohen is welcome to attend the Oscars. As long as he doesn’t show up wearing a banana hammock.

The Academy says that the actor is a welcome guest but they don’t want him in character. Specifically, they don’t want him portraying General Aladeen, the character from his latest comedy, ‘The Dictator.’
Mike Myers is teaching Kevin Kline an important lesson: how to be a well-behaved Oscar winner.

In a new Funny or Die-produced video for Oscar.com, Myers schools the actor on the proper Oscar etiquette.

“Winning an Oscar is a great honor,” Kevin says in the video...
