Actor Orlando Bloom just got even cuter--if that's possible! Bloom headed down to Nepal yesterday as an international ambassador for UNICEF. Bloom took part in a four-day journey to various program sites in the western districts of Kaski and Chitwan. Last week we reported that 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star Orlando Bloom was being investigated for possible hit and run charges. The D.A. decided not to prosecute Bloom due to "insufficient evidence." According to court documents, Bloom "was being pursued by 4 vehicles containing paparazzi and one vehicle containing fans." Last week actor Orlando Bloom got into a car accident that left his passenger with a fractured neck. Bloom initially tried to flee the scene but stuck around when a photog warned him of the consequences of a hit-and-run.
