Whitney Brings Oprah Best Ratings In Two Years

Monday’s 24th season premiere of The Oprah Winfrey Show was the highest rated show in two year--and she has Whitney Houston to thank for it!

Oprah snagged a 8.0 rating, which was the highest single-day rating for her show in nearly two years, and up 45 percent over last season’s premiere.

There were talks that this season would be Oprah's last, but with numbers like this, she may reconsider.

"I have to make that decision by the end of this year," she said regarding whether she would continue the show.

"I am literally in thoughtful prayer and consideration to continue to go ahead. You'll be hearing about it before the end of the year."
