How cool would it be to have Oprah Winfrey deliver the commencement speech at your graduation? Well, Stanford University students got that privilege over the weekend when Oprah stood on stage and addressed the 4,600 students graduating from the prestigious school.
They better have listened to every single word that woman said!
She started her speech by saying, ?"Feelings are really your GPS system for life…Check your ego at the door and check your gut instead... Every wrong decision was the result of me not listening to my voice. If it doesn't feel right, don't do it."??
She added, "when you are doing the work you are meant to do, it feels right."??
In true Oprah fashion, she also urged the graduates to think of others by saying, "To move forward, you have to give back."
Wow, Oprah giving the Commencement ceremony speech is bragging rights for the rest of these students lives. They will probably tell their grandchildren about her speech. Do you remember who delivered the speech at your graduation? Yup, I don't either!
