Oprah Completes Her Cleanse

Oprah has completed her 21-day cleanse. Time to pig out!!! Oprah was inspired by Kathy Freston's book Quantum Wellness to step up her game and do the diet, and she kept an online journal of the entire process.

But it wasn't easy! Oprah admits to almost cheating with a glass of wine at sunset, but then overcame her weakness and stuck with the plan. She also wrote at the end of the cleanse, that "this has been exactly what we intended: enlightening. I will forever be a more cautious and conscious eater. That's my commitment for now. To stay awakened."
