Ashley Olsen Buys New House

Pint size mogul Ashley Olsen just coughed up $1.6 million dollars for this Hancock Park home.

The ultra private home is located in Los Angeles, which is still fairly close to her parent’s home in Encino.

I'm not really digging the house though, I always figured Ashley had modern taste and this house certainly doesn’t fit that profile. The pool is pretty swanky though. What do you guys think of it?

OH MY! this house needs some help. What's up with the overgrown grass by the pool? The house appears way too dark inside. YUCK. You'd think with the chunk of change this chic has she'd buy herself something that didn't need so much work. The yard doesn't even appear to be big. What's up with the makeshift fence?
