Mary-Kate Olsen To Be Subpoenaed

You can run, but you can't hide! The federal Drug Enforcement Administration office in New York has confirmed to Access Hollywood that Mary-Kate Olsen is going to be subpoenaed in the Heath Ledger investigation.

Olsen will have to testify in front of a grand jury about her involvement with Heath's death. MK got the first phone call after Heath's death, and her security guards rushed over to his apartment. But she has since refused to speak about it without an "immunity."

Mary-Kate Olsen has finally caved in and released a statement (through her lawyer) about her involvement with Heath Ledger and the drugs that were found at his NYC apartment the morning of his death.

Mary-Kate Olsen is currently battling her ex-landlord, who is accusing her of trashing the place.

Specifically, MK had wanted to renovate the kitchen to suit her needs. What did she do?! Take out the fridge so she wouldn't be tempted to eat?!

According to the landlord, Mary Kate left a mess in the place and flooded a garden pond. Her lawyer says the landlord stepped in before she was able to even do anything.
