After nearly two years of drama, Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have finally reached an agreement in their custody settlement. Mel has agreed to give $750,000 to Oksana as part of their settlement.
Who says money can't buy love? Mel will give Oksana 3 installments of $250,000, the first will be made today. The next payment will be in two years and the last will be made on Jan. 1 2016.

Mel Gibson has something to say—but this time he’s going to try to keep his voice down.
Crazy Mel has a new movie to promote, The Beaver, so he’s desperately trying to do some damage control. First on the list: talking about those infamous voicemails he left ex Oksana Grigorieva .
"Who anticipates being recorded?" Gibson tells Deadline in an epic interview. "Who could anticipate such a personal betrayal?"
He said most of the voicemails were taken out of context and he’s really not a homophobe, a racist and an anti-Semite. Uh, Mel…It’s a little hard to take things like ‘I will kill you and bury you in a rose garden’ out of context.

His gold digging baby mama Oksana Grigorieva is planning to file a lawsuit against him alleging battery, emotional distress and defamation and her lawyer Daniel Horowitz told TMZ: "Our position hasn't changed."
Mel could have avoided a year of this mess if he just gave her a nice check last January to keep her quiet. She made it really clear that all she wanted was money and he's already spent millions on lawyer fees.
Wouldn't it be great to ship Mel, Lindsay and Charlie off to a remote island with some reality show cameras and see what happens. I'd watch that mess.

According to RadarOnline.com, he now faced criminal charges for physically hurting his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva.
Insiders say prosecutors are hell bent on charging Gibson with domestic violence/corporal injury involving a former cohabitant. If Mel’s convicted on a felony, he could face four years in prison. I he’s charged with a misdemeanor, he could go to county jail for one year.
Mel Gibson Admits He Slapped Oksana
Either way, that totally sucks for him! Gibson’s attorney Blair Berk is aware that the prosecutors are gunning for his client. “Blair is aware that the District Attorney is inclined to file charges against Mel," said a source.
Based on those tapes and Oksana’s broken teeth, I don’t see how it’s possible for Mel to get off on this one. I’m sure I’m not the only one who would like to see him in an orange jumpsuit!

Mel Finally Speaks Out About Daughter
According to a declaration dated June 23, 2010 that was filed with Los Angeles Superior Court, Mel said they were arguing on January 6, 2010 when Oksana grabbed Lucia and screamed at him "Stop yelling or you will make her into a retarded brain damaged idiot!"
According to TMZ, he claimed he was worried Lucia "would suffer Shaken Baby Syndrome" so he decided to slap Oksana.
He explained in his declaration: "I slapped Oksana one time with an open hand in an attempt to bring her back to reality. I did not slap her hard, I was just trying to shock her so that she would stop screaming, continuing shaking Lucia back and forth. I did not hit Oksana with a closed fist, as she alleges. I did not ever punch her in the face or in the temple or anywhere else, not then or at any other time."
He admitted that maybe slapping her wasn't the greatest idea in the world, but he claims he did it because he was worried for his daughter's safety.
These two seriously deserve each other. I'm so sick of them airing their dirty laundry and practically living at court. We all know Mel is going to hand over a huge chunk of his fortune to her anyway so how about you both save on attorney fees and get this damn case settled already.

Mel and Oksana Grigorieva have been battling it out in court all week and Mel finally responded to Oksana's claims that he hit her while she was holding their daughter in her arms.
Judge to Mel Gibson: Pay Up Fool!
"I have never and would never hurt Lucia and I have most certainly never threatened to do so," said Mel. "My children are the most precious part of my life," Mel wrote in a court filing, seen by Radaronline.
"Among these false statements are allegations by Oksana that I hurt Lucia and that I have made threats to hurt or even to kill our daughter!" Gibson wrote in the declaration.
He went on to talk about how Oksana would constantly push his "emotional buttons," which is why he went all psycho on her a few times. "I felt that Oksana repeatedly attempted to push my emotional 'buttons' to provoke me during the calls; of course, I had no idea at the time that she was taping them."
Poor Lucia is stuck with two crazy parents. Mel is just mad at the world and Oksana is a gold digging bitch trying to milk Mel for all he’s worth. She’s such a pain in the ass she’s already onto her 40th plus lawyer.

Mel and Oksana Grigorieva were back in court yesterday for another child custody hearing and after months of drama (and over 40 lawyers later), Oksana is finally getting what she wants--more money from Mel.

The judge ordered Mel to pay $60,000 in unpaid child support. Mel has been refusing to pay the court-ordered $20K a month, so Oksana dragged his ass back to court.
But the drama is still far from over. Mel still wants the judge to order Oksana to pay him rent for living in his house and they're still fighting over who gets full custody of their daughter Lucia. The circus will continue on November 22.

Sources close to the offer tell TMZ Playboy is willing to fork over a cool $75,000 for her trouble... and to sweeten the deal, they're even willing to give Oksana the cover.
No word on whether Oksana is considering the offer, but she seems so obsessed with money, we really wouldn't put it past her. Do you think she'll cave and do it?
UPDATE: Shocker!!! Oksana is reportedly NOT going to do Playboy. Her rep Steve Jaffe tells TMZ, "Not now, not ever, nor for any amount of money, would our client, Oksana Grigorieva, even consider any offer to pose for Playboy. Someone might have sent an email to one of her representatives but that's not news."

According to TMZ, Oksana has been "very intimate" with her bodyguard, Minder Kristian Herzog, since May.
Clearly the relationship ended on a sour note because Minder is now planning on writing a tell-all. Don't they all?
Jodie Foster Praises Mel Gibson
TMZ reports, “Kristian Herzog — who was recently ordered to stay away from Lucia because of a criminal record involving guns — is telling people connected with the case he was Oksana’s boyfriend for months and still communicates with her on a daily basis.”
They added, “Herzog is saying he has more than 1,000 text messages and more than 1,000 emails in which he communicates with Oksana about every detail of the case – Mel Gibson, evidence, witnesses, legal strategy and major conflicts between the players.”
Oksana is clearly bad news. The girl has dollar signs in her eyes and won't stop at anything to milk Mel for all he's worth.

According to the report, Gibson must appear before a judge before November 10 to give his deposition. Grigorieva must also give one, but on a different date, and supervised by a judge.
