OJ Simpson was sentenced to 15 years in prison today in the state of Nevada. District Judge Jackie Glass described Simpson as being “arrogant and ignorant,” and said the evidence was overwhelming.

OJ’s accomplice was also found guilty, and sentenced to 15 years. Exactly thirteen years to the day after being acquitted of killing his wife and her friend in Los Angeles, OJ Simpson was found guilty on 12 counts of robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime, assault and kidnapping with a deadly weapon.

Simpson and his co-defendant Clarence Stewart, 54 both face 5 years to life in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 5.

Oh no! O.J. Simpson is free again! Simpson was freed on $125,000 bail after spending 3 days in the slammer in Nevada.

The mess that is Simpson was arrested on Sunday and has since been released. They took him in because of an alleged sports memorabilia armed robbery at the Palace Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas last week.

Some conditions of his bail are that he must:

- Surrender his passport to his attorney, Yale Galanter, within 24 hours.

O.J. Simpson has officially been charged with eleven counts, including multiple felony charges, by the Clark County District Attorney.

Prosecutors filed numerous criminal charges against Simpson and three others relating to an alleged armed robbery at a Las Vegas hotel.
