She and America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden had their charges dropped. Not so good news for Nikki’s father though, who is still facing assault charges and inflicting grievous bodily harm. If he’s convicted, he could face up to five years in prison.
And even though Nikki is now in the clear, she’s still speaking up about what she thinks Bianca’s motives were the whole time.
She tells OK! magazine, "I saw the dark side of the industry. I never knew there were people willing to do anything to get their name in the paper. It's a shame that someone will ruin a person's life and beat them up to get their 10 minutes of fame back. I think it's disgusting."
But at least Nikki has kept some faith in the industry. She says, “We're a strong family. The Ugly Betty cast has proven to me that there are good people in this business. Success is the best revenge.”
That’s so true. We haven’t heard any news from Bianca Golden doing anything in her career since the incident, so her little plan to get famous didn’t exactly pan out. Hopefully Nikki’s father has the same fate as his daughter!

She says, "He looked at me and said, ‘What the f**k are you looking at you fat white b**ch?" Blonsky claims Golden then stepped into the fight and punched her in the head.
Nikki is also furious about the fact that Bianca claimed she hit her mother. "Absolute lies. I never kicked her mother. My father never hit anybody. We never said anything about rabies. Its disrespectful that somebody would say that I’m racist."
Nikki’s dad has been off work since the incident, and the whole family is "completely destroyed over being accused of something we didn’t do.
A hearing is set for December in Turks and Caicos.
We want to know…who’s side are you on? Bianca’s or Nikki’s?

She will appear on Tyra on October 8th to talk about it, and explains that she and her family were there to visit her grandfather who was dying.
She says, When they arrived at the airport, "Nikki Blonsky ... was very rude to my aunt. My aunt had two babies in her arms, and she told my aunt, 'You can leave. You can go away.' I was really upset by that because my aunt and I are close."
Bianca then said she tried to have words with Nikki, who said, "You need to mind your business. You don't know what's going on." Bianca said she got really defensive, and that's when her mother, Elaine, then intervened, telling them both to calm down.
After that, Blonsky's father, Carl, approached her and punched Bianca's mother. Bianca says, "He knocked her out. He hit my mom with such force she stumbled back, and when she stumbled back, the whole family got up and attacked my mom."
Bianca said Nikki then kicked her mother in the crotch.
"That's when my mom fell ... completely," Bianca says. "Both the families were arguing. It was like a scene out of a movie. Airport security finally came and separated everybody."
Bianca also claims the Blonsky family were spewing racial epithets at them. "Her father and mother started saying, 'They got rabies, they got rabies!'" says Bianca.
Bianca says her mother confided in her on the way to the hospital.
"She said to me, 'Bianca, if anything happens to me, I need you to take care of your brother and sister,'" Bianca says. "To hear that from your mom... I was freaking out."
Wow, that sounds like scene out of a movie! We would never expect that from a girl like Nikki. Nikki and her dad are still two months away from going to court, where they'll face charges of assault and bodily harm.

When asked about the media invading her family's privacy to try and get more information, Nikki said, "You want to protect them the best way you know how."
Besides getting support from her family, Nikki's friends and co-stars have been a shoulder to cry on through the whole thing. She says, "They have all been extremely supportive," she says, adding that co-star Zac Efron has played a special role in helping her cope with what happened.
"I love him with every inch of my body and soul. He has been an amazing support system."

Nikki and her father got into a brawl with "America's Next Top Model" reject Bianca Golden over a seat at the Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos.
"I want to clear Nikki's name. All her father did was step into the fight to try to break it up," said Blonsky family lawyer Michael Griffith.
This story is still so bizarre. There has to be more details that are kept from the media, because it's really sketchy at this point. Don't you think?

At a hearing today in Turks and Caicos, the judge ruled that Carl Blosnki must wait until August 19th for a trial.
He's been accused of a felony charge of grievous bodily harm, and has been sitting in jail since the July 30th incident.
Nikki will have to wait until December to go to court, while America's Next Top Model Contestant Bianca Golden will appear in court in September.
The two girls are free on bail for the moment. What a bizarre story! We need more details!
