PROVISIONAL PERMIT PEOPLE. AFTER THE INITIAL 30 DAY SUSPENSON, YOU CAN APPLY FOR A LIMTED PROVISONAL PERMIT TO DRIVE TO AND FROM SCHOOL/WORK/HOUSEHOLD ERRANDS. PARIS WAS CAUGHT OUTSIDE OF THE BOUNDS OF THE PERMIT (BEFORE 6AM, AFTER 9PM)AND WAS THUS CHARGED. AS LONG AS YOU DRIVE BETWEEN A ND 9PM, YOU'RE FINE. DO YOUR RESEARCH....

TMZ.com looked into it and it's because it's any automatic suspension if your blood alchohol level is over .08. Nicole wasn't drunk she had vicoden and said she'd been smoking pot. Apparently it's only an automatic suspension for booze. She could still lose her license though when she goes to court since she has prior arrests.
