Well, it's Wednesday July 11, 2007 and another starlet has a court date today. Nicole Richie's trial was set to begin today for her DUI but it will be delayed if Nicole's lawyers have anything to do with it. Nicole does not need to be in court today, but her lawyers must go in at 8:30AM to determine why it's so necessary for the trial to get delayed.
Richie's claiming that the drug tests that the cops performed on her were bogus and the expert she has found is available only after August 5th. Umm…didn't she admit that she had smoked pot and taken vicodin? Was there anything else that came out of the drug tests? Things that make you go ummm.
However, many are saying that Nicole Richie was offered a plea bargain and she must decide if she wants to take the plea deal that was offered by the prosecutors. Girl, I would take it and run. Things don't seem to be looking good for you starlets lately.
We shall see what happens….
