Nicole Richie smoking a cigarette outside DaSilvano restaurant in NYC.
Three hours later she was spotted at Nobu with her baby daddy, still smoking.
I find it a little hard to believe that Nicole would smoke in public like that, but than again nothing surprises me these days. What do you guys think?
