Nicole Richie got what she wanted! Her trial was delayed once again.
"Dr. Terence McGee is going to challenge the prosecution's scientific evidence," Holley said. "Observations were made of Ms. Richie that he can [refute]."
Her lawyer also stated that they will challenge the urine analysis stating that it was "unreliable." Usually blood tests is the more reliable test.
The only problem is that Nicole did admit smoking pot and taking Vicodin to the cops, so I wonder how her lawyers are gonna try to get out of that one.
