Nicole Richie Seeks Help

Nicole Richie has entered into a "diagnostic treatment program" to figure out why she hasn't been gaining weight.

"She's not being treated for an eating disorder. They're trying to figure out why she's not gaining weight", a source has told Us Weekly.

Another source blabs to Us claiming that Nicole may be suffering from a rare blood disease. WE HOPE NOT!

Richie's rep told E! that, "It is important to Nicole that she achieves this goal in a healthy way as this is not a treatment for an eating disorder."

Whatever the case may be we are glad she has taken initiative and we just hope she is healthy!
