Good news!
Nicole Richie has checked out of the hospital and returned home to her family. She was admitted to Cedars-Sinai in LA earlier this week for pneumonia, but is feeling much better now.
Joel Madden announced that Nicole is back at home with him and their two children.
He wrote on Good Charlotte’s website: "So I stepped off the plane after a month out of the country, and basically went straight to the hospital for the week. But don't worry all is well and we are home with no problems."
He continued, saying, “I was supposed to go into the studio a finish the last few vocals for the record, but that had to wait. Family first.”
We’d last heard from Nicole before she went to the hospital. She had tweeted on Sunday, "Ok cold, it's been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.”
We’re glad she’s ok! Flu season this year is off to a brutal start!
