Nicole Richie went out for lunch with her mother in West Hollywood yesterday. Judging from white picket fence in the pictures, I almost wanna say it's at the Ivy but I'm hoping I'm wrong. Just an fyi to those of you who live outside of Cali, the Ivy has really nasty food and the only reason celebs go there is because there's always a group of 15 stalkarazzi’s anxiously waiting outside.
