Nicole Richie Might Go To Jail Pregnant!

We are all still playing the guessing game with Nicole Richie and her alleged pregnancy.A couple of things we have heard is that she is in fact pregnant, she’s having a boy and she is getting married to Joel Madden.

Her dad Lionel Richie spoke to the press over the weekend, but didn’t give anything away. He is playing the role of the “out of loop dad.”

He said, "Nicole, baby, call me!"

As for his life changing if she is in fact pregnant he said, "Grandpa, man, that's wild…I don't know if I'm going to be grandpa, I don't know if I'm ready to be called grandpa." Way to cover it up Lionel.

Also if Nicole is pregnant, she might be having her baby shower in jail because the Judge on her case is apparently one tough cookie. He is by the book and has a zero tolerance for special treatment. Richie is headed to court on Wednesday, July 11 and she faces a minimum of 5 days to a max of 1 year in jail for her DUI/wrong side of the freeway incident.
