Nicole Richie and her rocker beau
Joel Madden, who are expecting their second child together.
In a message titled "Better than winning an OSCAR!” on the
website of Joel's band Good Charlotte, Madden, 29, wrote, "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family.
"Hope [you're] all feeling as good as i am right now."
Nicole gave birth to the couple's first child Harlow Winter Kate Madden on January 11, 2008. No word yet on how far along she is, but we doubt he would have made the announcement unless she was already done with her first trimester.
Nicole went from being a wild child party girl to a devoted mother after she gave birth to Harlow, so motherhood certainly sits well with her!
