Nicole Richie had to be taken to the hospital on Friday after feeling ill while filming The Simple Life. Don't get any ideas, she was treated for dehydration.
E! is reporting that Richie was examined by a doctor on set and then taken to a nearby hospital for some intravenous fluids. She was released after 15 minutes.
"Nicole is home resting and will return to work this evening," her rep said in a statement. "We are proud of the weight that Nicole is gaining and her focus on her health."
