Nicole Richie Granted Restraining Order Against Paparazzi

Nicole Richie was granted a temporary restraining order against Eduardo "Bam Bam" Arriveben and Ivon Miguel.

Nicole couldn't handle these two paps following her around constantly and even getting into an accident with her earlier this month. The two paparazzi have to stay 100 yards away from Richie and her two children.

In Richie's statement she says that the two paps harass her "on a daily basis" and have been "stalking our home, as we try to go about living our lives."

Nicole will go back to court in November to possibly turn it into a permanent restraining order.
