Nicole Richie Doesn't Smoke

Yesterday, there were reports in the NY Post that Nicole Richie was spotted in NYC lighting up a cigarette not once, but twice.

Her rep is quick to deny the claims deeming it as "irresponsible and untrue." Her rep says that Nicole wasn’t even in NYC last week to be seen smoking outside restaurants.

Nicole doesn’t strike me as the type of person that would even risk being seen near anyone that was smoking let alone smoking herself.
