Nicole Richie Charged With DUI

Nicole Richie was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence. Richie will be arraigned in Glendale on February 21. Better watch out Glendale cops and judges are rough!

If y'all remember Nicole was arrested on December 11 when she was stopped on the wrong side of the 134 freeway. When cops asked what she was on she replied saying vicodin and pot.
