Rumor has it that Richie will either plead guilty or no contest to DUI. Her sentencing will take place on the spot and we will find out if Nicole will be heading to the slammer.
Chances are Nicole will be spending some time in jail. The minimum time will be 5 days in the big house. Richie was caught driving on the wrong side of the freeway under the influence of vicodin and pot.
