Nicole and Joel Launch Foundation

As Hollyscoop reported last month, Nicole Richie and her baby daddy Joel Madden launched a non-profit organization to help mothers in need.

Earlier today Richie and Madden posed for photos at the official launch of the Richie-Madden Children's Foundation at a Los Angeles Free Clinic in Hollywood.

At the event, Nicole and Joel surprised 100 mom-to-be's by hosting a baby shower and gifted them with $200,000 worth of goodies.

The organization also plans on donating 100 Mom-to-be kits by the end of the month.

Richie is due within the next month so she's officially on 'Bump Watch.'
