Nicole Richie's recent announcement that she is having baby number two with Good Charlotte's
Joel Madden, just over a year after their first-born Harlow, has Hollywood abuzz.
A surprised and enthusiastic Kathy Hilton told Hollyscoop, "Nicole is having another baby! She's like a third daughter to me. I found out at a party just a few minutes ago! It's always good to balance it out with two. Hopefully it's a boy!"
