Joel Madden Protects His Woman

Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden hit up celebrity/paparazzi favorite Mr. Chow on Saturday night for some dinner.

They tried to sneak out from out back so the photogs won't take any pics, but obviously that wasn't too successful.

Madden reportedly even got really upset at one of the photogs and pushed him out of their way. That's cute that he's trying to be a protective boyfriend.
