DJ AM Needs a Celebrity

Attention all starlets DJ AM is looking for a girlfriend and the bar isn’t set too high. Believe it or not, according to the New York Post, Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein is single and wants to mingle--but only with celebrities.

DJ AM, who was once engaged to Nicole Richie, misses the fame and his high rates. According to sources close to AM, he wants to be set up with someone "who has a name. Basically, he knows he can charge a lot more when he is attached to a famous girlfriend. His rates have had to go way down since he split up with Nicole."

Regardless of how pathetic this story really is, we genuinely thought Nicole and AM made a great couple, it was a sad day at Hollyscoop headquarters when they split.
