Our little Nicole has been MIA lately, and quite frankly, we were starting to get a little worried...besides, the paparazzi have children to feed ya know!

Nicole Richie resurfaced this weekend to hit up a tattoo parlor in West Hollywood. No word on what she got inked yet.
