Good news! Nicole Richie has checked out of the hospital and returned home to her family. She was admitted to Cedars-Sinai in LA earlier this week for pneumonia, but is feeling much better now.

A rep for the star tells Us Weekly, "Nicole has checked into Ceders Sinai where she is being treated for pneumonia. She is doing well."
