Report: Nicky Hilton to Marry Boyfriend David Katzenberg

Nicky Hilton may be walking down the aisle again soon! She’s been getting serious with boyfriend David Katzenberg since 2006, and we hear the two are prepared to take the next step.

According to Page Six, Katzenberg is close to proposing to his girlfriend. A source tells the newspaper, "Obviously, David would never propose around Oscar time. But now that awards season is over, everyone thinks he'll ask her soon."

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard engagement rumors from these two. Back in 2008, Hilton dismissed them. And earlier this year, Nicky told Hollyscoop she would never do a joint wedding with her sister Paris Hilton, who’s dating Doug Reinhardt.

Nicky has been married once before—to businessman Todd Andrew Meister in Las Vegas—but that was quickly annulled. We’re sure Nicky wants to be absolutely sure before she walks down the aisle again!
