Nicky O Is Dunzo - Nicky Hilton

The hotel that was supposed to be Nicky Hilton’s “hotel” has now filed for bankruptcy.

Condo-hotel converter Robert Falor is asking for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to reorganize the Breakwater and Edison hotels, two properties that were going to be renamed to Nicky-O.

This entire deal started falling apart last month. Falor is basically in the shit hole with everyone left and right suing him. The lender is even suing claiming that he failed to deliver star endorsements for the Ocean Drive property.

So where does this leave Nicky Hilton? Is she left out of the hotel business or do they just need to find someone else to fund it?

In every business there is good and bad. For every unsuccessful CondoHotel there is a success. I specialize in selling them in the Chicagoland market. You have to know where to buy, and you must buy early on. Location, Name brand, and Management. Id much rather buy a Condo Hotel then a Time Share!!!!! Talk about a rip off. Timeshares add up to a million dollars for a room and over 45,000 a year for maintance.-- and you can only use it a week or two. There is only one or two good buildings to buy left in Chicago!! call or email me and will tell you. Can't blame this one on anyone except the Falor Bros....It's been proven time and time again that Condo/Hotels just don't work....The Falor Cos have been involved in soooo many condo/hotel deals and I guess they think that the world doesn't understand a little thing called Monthly maintenance fees....seems they want the OWNERS to cover sooo many expenses...sorry bucko, we're smarter than that....Nicky is just a pawn in the whole deal. Those guys are shafty.
