Nicky Hilton Hotel Troubles Increase

Nicky Hilton's hotel drama doesn't sound like it's gonna come to an end anytime soon. According to TMZ the heiress filed a suit in Federal court claiming that she up with a guy named Eneliko Smith who "held himself out as an experienced operator and marketer of boutique hotels." Apparently Hilton learned that Smith allegedly has filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for exclusive rights to use the name 'Nicky O'.

Hilton filed a lawsuit in Federal court in Downton Lon Angeles claiming that she's been developing a "boutique hotel chain" called Nicky O. The "O," is Nicky's middle initial and in the lawsuit her lawyer issued that his client's name "could attract a valuable demographic of young, affluent guests."

Hilton is asking for damages and wants a judge to issue an injunction prohibiting Smith from using the name. While Smith reveals that he was backstabbed by Nicky since he created the concept for Hilton and that she took the idea to another company, so he feels he was within his legal rights to submit an application to register the name. What's with all the backstabbing in the Hilton household? Does this family have any morals at all?
