Nicky Hilton has absolutely no plans of getting married anytime soon, and she's ready to put the rumors to rest.

Nicky been dating TV producer David Katzenberg for two years and it was recently rumored that they are looking to tie the knot. But Hilton is denying the claims, telling People that "there are no wedding plans."

She said: "There are lots and lots of rumors but I will put them to rest."
