Another day another lawsuit… Robert Falor Investments and Grand USA Hotel Supply & Restaurant are suing Nicky Hilton over an April 2006 agreement where she promised to promote the Nicky O's Chicago redevelopment project.
The lawsuit also claims that Nicky contracted out the interior design work she had signed up to do and billed it back to the developers. The group also alleges that Hilton misrepresented her experience in hotel design.
"Things are not always as they appear," commented Elliot Mintz, Hilton's rep. "When the facts surrounding this matter are known to the public I think you will find out that the person who has been most impacted by this action will be Nicky Hilton.”
I love the statement Elliott Mintz releases, they’re always so comical. Others publicists just stay in the grey area with statements, but Elliott just aims, shoots and fires.
Not only is Nicky getting sued, but the Miami project might even get shut down because of Paris’ racist remarks. "I'm very concerned about [the tape]. I'm shocked actually that she would participate in something like that," developer Robert Falor told The Miami Herald of their strained partnership.
