I can’t even begin to count how many times this rumor has circulated, but either way, we thought we’d let you in on it…again. According to In Touch magazine, friends of Nick Lachey and TRL hottie Vanessa Minnillo claim that the couple is getting more serious then ever.

We hear that they might make their relationship permanent this holiday season. One friend reveals " (Nick) He's getting really serious about proposing. It would definitely be like a fairy tale for him to do it on Christmas or New Year's Eve." I guess we’ll see next week.
